Utilizing experience, passion and compiled a special list of herbs and spices to extract and enhance the flavors of our Chettinad cooking. All our ingredients are sourced from local small family growers. This helps to stimulate the local economy.   Eton combines influences of Herbs, Aromatic spices and authentic recipes into a delicious Chettinad tastes that is sure to delight even the most discerning diner. All the menu items are made with a good base of recipes enriched with love and tradition. There was a lot of fun while testing and tasting the menu.
